Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 16, 2026

By accessing and utilizing the Gamers Arena platform, you entering into a binding agreement to adhere to these Terms of Service. Our protocols are designed to ensure a fair, stable, and secure gaming environment for our entire global community.

1. Deployment & Usage Protocols

Members are granted access to shared account assets. By revealing credentials, you strictly agree to the following operational mandates:

  • Mandatory Offline Mode: You must set your game client (Steam, Epic, etc.) to Offline Mode immediately after logging in. Online play is strictly prohibited.
  • Account Integrity: You shall never attempt to change passwords, recovery emails, or security settings of any shared account.
  • No MFA/Steam Guard: Attempting to enable two-factor authentication or Steam Guard on a shared resource is a violation of these terms.
  • Session Privacy: Revealed credentials are for your personal use only. Redistribution of session keys is prohibited.

2. Enforcement & Revocation

Gamers Arena utilizes automated monitoring to track account health. Any violation of the usage protocols mentioned in Section 1 will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your membership. Hardware-level bans may be enforced to protect the community from malicious actors. No refunds or appeals will be considered for protocol violations.

3. Financial Terms

The ₹99 Ultimate Membership is a one-time activation fee. Due to the immediate delivery of digital session keys and the nature of shared assets, all transactions are final. Refunds are not provided once a credential reveal has been performed on your profile.

4. Intellectual Property Notice

All video game titles, publisher logos, and third-party trademarks are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Gamers Arena operates as a managed service provider for shared access to legally acquired software licenses and does not claim ownership over the software assets themselves.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gamers Arena provides assets "as is" and does not guarantee 100% uptime of third-party game clients. We are not liable for any account locks or service interruptions caused by the developers or publishers of the games in our library.
